Heather Warwick has been leading Enterprise North Canterbury since September 2003. She is responsible for supporting her high performing team and contributing to the economic wellbeing of North Canterbury community.
Heather has 20 years experience specialising in economic development, has gained her Graduate Diploma in Economic Development at AUT and is also a graduate of the Institute of Directors, Company Director Course.
Heather has a high level of business knowledge and experience from having owned seven businesses over 25 years including wholesale and retail franchise businesses.

Business Support Manager
Miles is an economic development warrior, a social development champion and a helpful geek. Assisting people to achieve their dreams is what drives him and he is good at it. Working with both massive catalyst projects that will transform communities and tiny fledgling businesses, Miles enjoys the challenge of making sure that projects launch and achieve success.
He has helped to launch hundreds of businesses, social enterprises and not-for-profits over the years and is well known in the Canterbury community for his depth of knowledge. His past careers as a zookeeper, professional actor, plumber, community funder, business analyst, policy advisor and bureaucrat means he can turn his hand to most anything.

Business Growth Advisor
Guy joined the ENC team in 2018, taking up the Business Growth Advisor role after a long background in the hospitality industry. Guy brings with him 10 years of experience as owner operator of a busy North Canterbury business. He has a passion for seeing businesses and their communities flourish.
Guy lives in Amberley with his wife Celine and two daughters, Maisie and Greta. He enjoys music, mountain biking, reading and walking.

Business Centre Co-ordinator & isite Manager
Anna started at ENC as an isite consultant in 2021 after 13 years at Christchurch isite as a travel consultant. In 2022 Anna took on the role of isite and Business Centre Coordinator, managing all of ENC’s room bookings, event and training schedules in addition to her busy role on the isite desk. With a degree in Japanese, a Post Grad Diploma in Marketing and Management and a genuine passion for tourism and travel (especially to Japan!), Anna is the perfect person to assist travellers with their holiday bookings.
When she’s not at work you’ll find Anna cooking, walking or travelling. Anna lives in Christchurch with her husband Chris and has two children.

Business Development Manager
Alissa joined the ENC team in 2020 in the newly created role of Food & Beverage Business Development Manager. Having worked within the North Canterbury Food and Beverage sector, both as a winemaker and marketer, Alissa is extremely aware of the opportunities and challenges facing the sector.
Alissa also leads the North Canterbury project which is set with helping to build a strong regional identity.

Digital Marketing Specialist
Kelly joined ENC in 2023 following a seven-year stint in the UK. Armed with a Bachelor of Design and over 13 years of creative industry expertise, Kelly brings experience from her roles as Senior Designer and Head of Creative and Marketing across diverse sectors including property development, real estate, construction, and food and beverage.
As Digital Marketing Specialist, Kelly is responsible for the digital marketing management of our two promotional brands, MADE NORTH CANTERBURY and North Canterbury NZ. Kelly’s toolkit encompasses a broad spectrum of design and marketing tools, empowering her to create compelling visuals and execute strategic campaigns.
In her spare time, Kelly loves to travel, is a movie buff, plays netball and loves to spend time with her family up at the bach in Motunau, North Canterbury.

Visit Waimakariri District Promotions Manager
Janine works on the promotion of Waimakariri, attracting visitors into the district to play, stay and spend. She is also involved with the development of cycleways within the region to provide fun experiences, district promotion opportunities and gateways for local business to connect into and prosper.
Janine first worked for Enterprise North Canterbury back when Visit Waimakariri was being established. She returned in recent years to take on her current role.
In addition to her degree in Parks, Recreation & Tourism Management, Janine holds a Diploma of Teaching as well as training in facilitation, media skills and business management. She also has a broad spectrum of experience in the education, finance, private and community sectors.
Janine lives in the beautiful Waimakariri District and continually enjoys the spoils it has on offer.
Digital Marketing Manager, Visit Waimakariri
Zoe joined the team in July 2022 as Digital Marketing Manager for Visit Waimakariri. You can find her maintaining the Visit Waimakariri website, running the social media accounts and working with local event organisers – all with the aim of showcasing what’s on offer and attracting people to the Waimakariri district.
Zoe grew up in North Canterbury, attended school locally and then went on to study Media Communications and Geography at Canterbury University. Previously, Zoe worked as a Marketing Manager for a media company, promoting an array of award-winning magazines and newspapers as well as large scale community events.
Zoe brings enthusiasm to this role and is passionate about working for the community she grew up in. In her spare time, Zoe can be found up a mountain skiing, getting creative in the kitchen or simply spending time with her family.

Justin works part time for ENC providing payroll, budgeting and account processing services.
Justin moved from the UK 11 years ago with a background in Management accounting and Project management. He lives in Christchurch with his wife Mel and two sons Jack and Alex. He enjoys fishing, reading, and gardening.
