A proudly Canterbury firm, Saunders Robinson Brown’s origins date back to 1998 when Geoff Saunders established his own sole practice as Geoff Saunders Business & Property Law. Strong growth led to Lee Robinson joining Geoff in 2001 and the formation of Saunders Robinson. Lee’s strong general and commercial practice, as well as his interest in sports law, was a natural fit with Geoff’s established practice.
In 2007 Saunders Robinson merged with William Brown Law, a law firm established in 1992 with strong North Canterbury roots, to form Saunders Robinson Brown. Now with over 80 staff across two offices (Christchurch City and Rangiora), representing clients from all over New Zealand across four main practice group areas (Commercial, Litigation, Trusts & Estates and Property), Saunders Robinson Brown continues to grow and go from strength to strength.
