The latest issue of Cuisine magazine features a spotlight on the provenance, people, products, and places behind North Canterbury’s food and drink scene.
The feature follows on from The North Course, a local event that brings producers, chefs, and the local food community together. More than a long lunch, it creates lasting connections, sparks new collaborations, and celebrates the region’s seasonal basket in a shared experience.
Kelly, who leads the MADE NORTH CANTERBURY initiative, puts it:
“The North Course was about creating a bridge between the producer and the consumer. It is amazing to see so many collaborations continue beyond the event every year — combining local products to create something truly special and has roots from our region.”
