Ravenswood Central is a 13ha retail and commercial centre being developed in the new community of Ravenswood just north of Woodend.
Ravenswood Central will help service the local and regional needs of the district’s growing population in tandem with the traditional townships of Rangiora, Kaiapoi and Woodend. It will contain a mix of new office, industrial, community and shopping activities, many of which will be new entrants to the district.
Harvey Norman, BP Connect service station with Wild Bean Cafe, a McDonald’s restaurant, a New World supermarket and Lone Star are just some of the recognised national brands that have committed to being part of the new development, with more to come.
The first precinct to be developed is next to the New World supermarket and will include a mix of retail shops, food and beverage, and commercial services. Retail leasing opportunities are available now.
