The inaugural ENC Business Summit brought together local business owners, leaders and teams for a full day of inspiration, practical learning and connection. More than 170 business people came together marking a major milestone for our region’s business community.
The morning programme featured a strong line up of speakers, each offering a different perspective on leadership, resilience, business growth and navigating change. In the afternoon, attendees took part in two 45 minute professional development sessions with industry experts. Topics included artificial intelligence, wellness and leadership, finance and e-commerce, giving participants the opportunity to leave with practical tools they could apply in their own businesses. Early feedback from attendees has been overwhelmingly positive, with survey respondents praising the quality of the speakers, the relevance of the content and the opportunity to connect with other North Canterbury businesses.We are so proud of what was created for North Canterbury’s business community, and we cannot wait to bring the Summit back again next year.
